Your crew

Roles that fit how a shop runs.

  • Invite the crew

    Invite several people at once. Each gets their own invitation and their own login.

  • Roles, and more than one

    Owners, admins, billing admins, estimators and technicians. A person can hold several roles and gets everything any of them gives.

  • Permissions per role and per person

    Change what each role may do, and give or take a permission from one person on top of their roles.

  • Technicians see their own

    A technician sees their own cars and their own pay. The shop's money and everyone's pay stay with the owners.

  • Switch parts of PDRCore on or off

    Settings has a switch for many parts of PDRCore. Turn one off and nobody starts anything new with it, and what you already have stays where it is.

  • Walled off from every other shop

    Each shop's information is kept apart from every other shop's.

Setup

Up and running without a manual.

  • Shop setup in a few questions

    One question a screen, and it picks up where you left off. Everything else waits under Finish setting up, for when you have a minute.

  • A walkthrough for each role

    Each person learns PDRCore for their own role, pressing the real controls on a practice copy, and can come back to How PDRCore works any time.

  • Help where you are

    Show me replays a screen's part of the walkthrough right where you are, and you can tell us what's confusing from the screen it's on.

  • On the computer and the iPhone

    PDRCore runs in the browser. Save it to the iPhone Home Screen and it opens like an app. Light or dark, and larger text if you want it.
