Pay your techs can check.

Pick the technician for each line, pay each person by their own arrangement, and lock the pay period when it's right. Every technician sees their own pay, car by car, on their phone.

  • Commission, hourly, salary, per panel or flag hours
  • Pay periods that lock
  • My Pay on every tech's phone

Pay types

Pay each person the way you pay them.

Each technician is paid by their own arrangement. One person's pay type never changes another's.

  • Five ways to pay

Commission, hourly, salary, by the panel or by flag hours, and hourly or salary plus commission.

  • Credited line by line

Choose the technician for each line. The car goes into their My Work, and the line counts toward their pay once the estimate is approved.

  • Shared lines

Two people on the roof? Share the line by percent. It has to add up to 100, so no work goes unpaid.

  • The facility fee comes off first

A facility fee is taken off before commission is shared out, and it is never billed to the customer.

    Commission: $295.20 (40% own rate × $738.00 base — $820.00 of $820.00 work, after the $82.00 facility fee)

    $295.20

Each technician is computed by their own type. Nobody's arrangement changes anybody else's, and the facility fee comes off the base before the split — never after.

A sample car: a hood, a roof and an R&I, priced at $820.00. Every figure is the one PDRCore would pay.

Pay periods

Figured, checked and locked.

  • Pay periods that lock

Lock a pay period and its pay is frozen. It can be reopened until it's marked paid, and never after.

  • You choose when pay is released

When the repair is finished, when the invoice is paid in full, or in step with each payment, for the carrier whose supplement check comes weeks later.

  • A missing rate is never guessed

If a flag-hour or per-panel rate isn't set, PDRCore names whose, holds that pay, and won't lock the period until it's set.

  • A pay report for every tech

A printable pay report for each technician, from Payroll or from their own My Pay.

My Pay

What a technician sees.

  • This paycheck, car by car

What's in this paycheck, what's on the way, and how each car was figured, with their pay history behind it.

  • Their own, and nobody else's

Technicians see their own cars and their own pay. Everyone's pay is for owners only.

  • Time clock and timesheets

Your crew clocks in and out on the phone, and a manager approves the timesheets.
